We provide specific quotes based on the number of departments that work with volunteers, the number of volunteers and the style of training that you prefer(remote via web meetings or live and in person). Yes. How is training provided? We offer training and consulting in whatever manner will suit your needs. We can travel to you and training live in groups or one-on-one. We also use webinar technology for remote, live, one-one training sessions. Do we have to install anything on our computers? No. All you need on your computer is a web browser ( Microsoft Explorer version 5 or newer, or Firefox version 1 or newer, Safari version 2 or newer). Can we use the software over a network? Yes, as long as your network can access the internet, you can use the software. What computer hardware do we need to operate the software? Our software works with PC's or Macs. Is information about the volunteer used by anyone for any purpose other than related to this service? Absolutely not. Our licensing agreement prohibits us from using the data ourselves or providing it in any way to others. Can volunteers see the records of other volunteers? No, a volunteer can only see generic information about the agency (e.g. volunteer opportunities) and personal information about herself or himself. What happens if a volunteer forgets the password? The volunteer can submit an online request to send the password to the email address that is on file related to that username and password. |
