Communications is Key

Email all your volunteers, ones on a particular mailing list, or create a list on the fly:

• Each branch / department can email all of their own volunteers or any group of them
• The umbrella administrator can email all of the volunteers across all branches / departments or any group of them
• Emails go out personally addressed (e.g. Dear Sasha, Dear Paul)
• Volunteers do not see the names of other volunteers on the recipient list, but the administrator gets a copy of the email and a list of the volunteers is was sent to
• All replies go to the administrator who sent the message
