Volunteer Umbrella: Hours & Outcomes Reporting

All Activity Level reports can be exported in a variety of formats including:

  • PDF - best for printing and emailing to others
  • Excel - handy for combining with other data or doing additional data analysis
  • MHTML - for publishing text and graphics together in a web page format
  • JPG -  for cropping out graphs for use in your website
  • TIFF - for creating an image for use in print materials

   



 

Volunteer Umbrella service reports include:

  • Totals for each department between selected dates
  • Totals for each department by month for twelve months
  • Totals for all volunteers between selected dates
  • Total hours for any volunteer between selected dates with subtotals for each department


Volunteer Umbrella system alert reports include:

  • Upcoming anniversaries of service
  • New volunteers awaiting their first contact from the department manager
  • New volunteers awaiting approval


Volunteer Umbrella can create lists of volunteers based on:

  • Name, address and contact information
  • Information stored in the umbrella common custom fields
  • Information stored in the umbrella common qualification fields
  • The number of hours worked by the volunteers
